After the court’s decision to give reserves seats to Tehreek-e-Insaf, the country’s politics has once again been in turmoil in which the latest addition is the government’s decision to ban Tehreek-e-Insaf that she was involved in the May 9 tragedy that is legally and constitutionally wrong. Now regarding that development deferent opinions are circulating in the political circles of the country.
Although the government has made a very strong case for banning Tehreek-e-Insaaf but most of the political parties are opposing it, saying that no political party should be banned altogether in a democratic country. Yesterday there was a stir in the country’s politics when Federal Minister Ata Tarar, while holding a press conference in Islamabad said that the family of the founder of PTI was involved in the May 9 incidents, The three sisters were present outside the Corps Commander’s House and the nation was being told to rush to their respective locations as the revolution was about to break out. The minister said that the founder PTI promoted politics of chaos and violence. He damaged the defense institutions of the country, if the country has to develop, then Pakistan and Tehreek-e-Insaf cannot go together.
On the other hand, they attacked GHQ and core commander House, they ended the National Action Plan, so action will be taken against them according to the constitution and law.
The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa responded by saying that Tehreek-e-Insaf is the most popular party in the country and the decision to ban it is nothing more than the wish of the fake government. The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa said that the current mandate-thief government had attacked the Supreme Court in the past.
The fake government is seeing its end, so the ministers are making stupid statements in panic. It should be noted that the federal government has announced that the former Article 6 case should be filed against President Arif Alvi and Founder PTI Imran khan and former Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri.
After the approval of the federal cabinet against these three persons, this reference will be sent to the Supreme Court. According to newspaper reports, the People’s Party which is part of the coalition government has also condemned the statement that the political party should not be banned.
Awami national party also condemned ban on PTI, the ANP Central Spokesperson, Engineer Ihsanullah Khan, the decision of the federal government to ban PTI has been rejected. The PTI, leader Barrister ale Zafar said that we will not allow the government’s decision to be implemented. He said that there is no such permission in the law that if the government does not like a party, it should ban it and if a political party works against the country, then permission from the Supreme Court should be taken to ban it.
Chairman of Qoumi Watan Party Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao said regarding the ban on PTI that it termed as an unpolitical and undemocratic attitude. The country is facing the worst situation and in this context that type of decision will spread political chaos in the country which will be harmful for the country and the nation because the decisions taken in haste do not yield positive results.
According to the opinions expressed by the political leadership, for the survival of democracy in the country, it is necessary to allow the political parties to work and there is no wrongdoing in punishing the political workers those are guilty and have cases with evidence. We know that has also happened before in the political history of the country, so that why today, the Chairman of Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan is behind the bars. Therefore no needs to create more political anarchy but the government should speed up the efforts to normalize the situation in the country because the country cannot afford more political disorder.
