MAKKAH AL-MUKARRAMA: Minister of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Chaudhry Salik said on Monday that he is satisfied with the work done in Saudi Arabia, promising a journey of spiritual enrichment and relief for Pakistani pilgrims during the Hajj.
“After visiting the Pakistan Hajj Medical Mission (PHMM), Hujjaj Homes, the canteen of the catering company with three meals a day and transportation facilities, I am relieved to see that all practical arrangements and ongoing services have been registered,” he said while talking to the media during his visit to PHMM .
The Pakistan Hajj Mission team and the Ministry of Religion said that based on past experience, they are aware of the challenges and have taken appropriate measures, resulting in preparations for Pakistan’s Hajj.
He praised the whole team for working diligently to serve the guests of Allah SWT and provide them with all the help around the clock. “I am proud. With the grace of Allah SWT, the Hajj as a whole will be better than last year.”
Responding to a question, Minister Salik said that he had visited the service provider company Rehlat Manafea to review the activities related to Hajj Pakistan on the five days of Hajj in Mashair from 8-12 Zilhaj.
He praised the company for making all arrangements for transportation, accommodation and dining services in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalfa during the Hajj.
The minister said that further cooperation with the company is necessary to facilitate the guests of God swt in the holy land.
Accordingly, the Director General was invited to visit Pakistan in August to enhance cooperation and collaboration in Haj related plans.
“We are trying to improve the Hajj plan compared to last year,” he said, praising the team including the Pakistan Hajj Mission, the Head of the Medical Mission, the Director of Medina, the Director of Makkah and Mouavneen.
Previously, the minister toured various PHMM departments including male and female wards, pharmacy, drug storage facilities, OPD, surgery department, dental clinic and expressed satisfaction with the readiness of the medical mission to handle all medical-related situations. Hajj practices.
