ISPR: On the night of March 6-7, 2024, security forces sent two terrorists to hell in two separate operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Intelligence Based Operation (IBO) was conducted in Khyber district. During the operation, after an intense gunfight, the terrorist ring leader Shamrooz alias Sheenay was sent to hell by the security forces.
In another operation conducted by security forces in Dera Ismail Khan district, terrorist Mansoor was also successfully neutralized.
Arms, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the slain terrorists who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the security forces as well as extorting and killing innocent civilians and were highly wanted by law enforcement agencies.
Decontamination operations are underway to eliminate additional terrorists found in the area. Local residents appreciated the operations and expressed their full support to eliminate the menace of terrorism.
