LAHORE: Shehbaz Sharif, the president of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), stated on Thursday that respect for all religions was essential.
The former prime minister stated, “We will hold talks with all the communities,” when speaking in Lahore. Even when we disagreed, we used to come to your events.”
I would ask that you exercise your right to vote in light of Nawaz Sharif’s presence. Give the PML-N candidates your vote. Since members of your community are found in every constituency, he remarked.
Shehbaz stated: “We [PML-N] had reached the seat adjustment with the IPP from Model Town with Awn Chaudhry and from Shahdara with IPP President Abdul Aleem Khan.” She was speaking about the seat adjustment with the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP).
Shehbaz Sharif called former prime minister Nawaz Sharif a “statesman” a few days ago.
Speaking on “Mere Sawaal With Muneeb Farooq” on Samaa TV, Shehbaz remarked, “I am grateful for the remarks made in the assembly by the younger Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari. The PPP is now accusing us of being responsible for the skyrocketing inflation. However, during the PDM-led administration, we were allies.
“We had sacrificed our politics for the sake of saving the country,” stated Shehbaz Sharif. If we hadn’t prevented the nation from going into default, no one would have taken our names today.”
In order to emphasize the value of a robust democracy, he said, “The democracy cannot tolerate malpractice, dictatorship, and treason.”
