The Sindh budget has brought good news for civil servants as the PPP-led provincial government has led to a 22-30 percent increase in the salaries of Sindh government employees.
The Sindh government increased the salary of civil servants from Class 1 to 16 by 30 percent.
It has been decided to increase the salary of officers from grade 17 and above by 22 percent.
The PPP-led government decided to increase the pension of civil servants by 15 percent. The Sindh government decided to raise the minimum wage to $37,000.
