KAGHAN: For the third day in a row, there was a lot of snowfall on Monday in Kaghan, Naran, Shogran, and Babusar Top. This snowfall is predicted to last till this Sunday. Speaking with APP, Mozam Ali, the Kaghan Development Authority (KDA) spokesperson, revealed this information.
He added that Shogran got 1.5 feet of snow, Naran got 2.5 feet, Babusar got up to 3.5 feet, and Kaghan got up to 7 inches of snow throughout the course of the three days of intense precipitation. The Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad (MNJ) road was opened to Rajwal, according to Mozam Ali, and visitors were allowed to travel further.
Additionally, the KDA opened a tourist facilitation center in Balakot, where personnel has been stationed to help and support both visitors and locals. Many visitors have descended to the scenic valleys of Kaghan and Naran to witness the real snowfall that followed the severe downpour.
