SWAT: SP Traffic Warden Swat Habib Ullah Khan issued instructions to the traffic police making “pehlay Salam, Phir Kalam” mandatory. To keep the traffic flowing, special arrangements will be made for the removal of encroachments and parking, while a campaign will be conducted against illegal vehicles and underage drivers.
These views were expressed by newly appointed SP Traffic Warden Swat Habib Ullah Khan while talking to the media, he said that the traffic police officers will now “Pehlay salam, phir kalam” with the public, but the public must also respect the traffic rules.
He said that a special plan has been prepared to keep the traffic flowing during Ramadan. Under which traffic police officers are performing services.

However, in this regard, a positive response is required from the business community, transporters and the public so that the public does not face difficulties. SP Traffic said that a meeting will be held with the relevant authorities regarding the removal of encroachments and arrangements for car parking in other areas including Mingora city of Swat district, so that the flow of traffic will be not affected.
However, the enforcement of the law must also be ensured and the people must fully support the traffic police in this regard.
