SWAT: Eid gifts were delivered to the families and children of 144 martyrs of Swat Police who were victims of terrorism during the conflict in Swat district to join them in the joy of Eid.
“Eid gifts and toys for children were delivered by the concerned SHOs to the homes of the martyrs and wished them well.”
District Police Officer Swat Dr. Zahidullah Khan said that for the sake of peace in Swat Valley, 144 personnel of Swat Police sacrificed their Today for our tomorrow, adding that a female constable was also included in these martyrs.
He said that thanks to the sacrifices of the policemen who attained the highest rank of martyrdom, today we are celebrating Eid in a peaceful environment.
“There is no substitute for the sacrifices of these martyrs. However, we will never forget the sacrifices of these martyrs and will pay tribute to their sacrifices by remembering them on every happy occasion,” he said.
DPO Swat further said that these great and brave sons of the nation have sacrificed their lives for the sake of the people and this soil and now it is our first duty to make the families of these martyrs realize that the police department will never let them down and will not be left alone and the police department officers will be with him on the occasion of Eid.
