SWAT: Women Campus, University of Swat organized a seminar on women’s rights to promote awareness and empowerment among women in the region. The event brought together students, faculty, and supporting staff from various academic units.
Campus Coordinator, Dr. Lala Rukh in her keynote address emphasized the significance of equal rewards for equal work, freedom from discrimination, and protection from violence, harassment, and abuse for women.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher reiterated the vital role women play in an uplifting society, stressing the importance of creating a supportive environment for their growth and development.
The seminar concluded with the distribution of certificates to supporting staff members, presented by Dr. Lala Rukh and Dr. Shazia Sakhi.
