TALASHl: The construction of the communication bridge was completed at a cost of one crore eight lakh rupees with the help of Talash people.
According to the details, the hard work of engineer Malik Murad Khan and his team of volunteers paid off. After the inauguration of the Kanru Shah link bridge at the ancient village of Amlukdra in Wadi Talash, ir was opened for vehicular traffic. The newly constructed communication bridge under people’s own help is 70 feet long, 20 feet wide and 24 feet high. Under the supervision of Malik Murad Khan, the volunteer young political and social figure of the village and the engineer in charge of the said project. A record was set by completing it in just 52 days at a cost of Rs. 1 crore 8 lakh. According to DSP Bakht Jamal Khan, engineer Murad Khan and village council chairman Rahmanzada, the spirit of the project, 28 lakh rupees were collected by local people. Five lakh rupees were donated by Sir Rahim Shah Foundation. While the rest of the money was donated by overseas Pakistanis, especially sent by the efforts of Muhammad Nawaz Khan. The inauguration ceremony of the bridge was attended by elders of the area, local administration, country coordinator of Sir Rahim Shah Foundation Dakhim Shah Akhonkhail and the youth of the village. The bridge was also inaugurated by local elders by cutting the ribbon. A commitment was expressed not to allow anyone to play politics on the project. No doubt this is a worthy project. Which with its uniqueness was completed under the supervision of local leaders in record time and record cost. With the help of area’s people.From the Amluk Dara Talash link bridge built at a cost of Rs. 1 crore 8 lakh Commercial township area, Machu, Khadang, Jalil Baba etc. will be benefited. Bridge project in-charge Malik Engineer Murad Khan, DSP Bakht Jamal Khan, VC Chairman Rehman Zada attended the dignified ceremony organized to mark the opening of the bridge for regular vehicular traffic.Moreover well-known religious scholar Mufti Khalid Mahmood Al-Qazi, National Reform Jirga Talash Duskhel President Malik Muhammad Ibrahim Khan Yousufzai, Sir Rahim Shah Foundation Country Director Zakhim Shah, Youth Reform Jirga Talash President Fazal Wahab Swati, Qari Essamuddin, and Principal Riaz Hussain while addressing said that this project is the first project of its kind which was completed with the help of the people of the region. This project will prove to be a role model and a worthy project for the entire region due to its transparency. The speakers said that no one has the right to shine politics on this project.
