ISLAMABAD: Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) on Friday called off the Faizabad sit-in as talks between the government and TLP remained successful.
Information Minister Atta Tarar and Prime Minister’s Adviser Rana Sanaullah told a press conference along with TLP leaders that the government will make every possible effort to help the Palestinian brothers.
“We will send 1,000 tons of aid to Gaza by July 31,” cabinet members said.
Rana Sanaullah said Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu committed war crimes in Palestine. We will raise our voice in every forum for the Palestinian brothers, he added.
He also called on the international community to play its role in stopping Israeli atrocities in Palestine.
The Prime Minister’s adviser said that the release of Dr. Afia Siddiqui, who has been facing US brutality for years, will also be secured.
He also thanked the TLP delegation for calling off the sit-in in Islamabad.
