Lahore: TNS Beaconhouse in association with Institute of Architects Pakistan (IAP) organized an event titled ‘Curriculum: Where Design Meets Pedagogy’ at the newly inaugurated TNS Beaconhouse Gulberg. The event highlights the key role of innovative school design in improving student learning. Participants include architects, architecture students and academics.
Kasim Kasuri, CEO of Beaconhouse School System, and Rosan Bosch, Founder and Creative Director of Rosan Bosch Studio and Principal Architect of TNS Beaconhouse Gulberg delivered a keynote address on how architectural design connects to learning and fosters a creative environment of problem solving, critical thinking and collaborative learning.
In-depth discussions on the topic further highlight the importance of integrating innovative architecture and education and highlight the need for spaces that meet educational demands and open different perspectives on how such integration can benefit the learning process.
IAP participants also toured the stunning TNS Gulberg campus, which is reimagining school design to create spaces and experiences that promote learning agency.
