SWAT: At least 2 people died as a result of a clash between the parties over a money dispute in Mingora of Swat district.
According to DSP Mingora City Shahi Bakht Khan, there was a dispute over cattle money between the deceased Sulaiman son of Badar Munir r/o Bangladesh (Amankot), and Haroon son Zafar Gul r/o Bhatai Chowk present Bangladesh (Amankot). On which the two sides fought each other and reached the point of firing.
In the exchange of fire, Thirteen-year-old Haroon was killed from one side. Waqas, the brother of the victim, has claimed the killing of Hasan Ali, Khalid and Junaid sons of Badar Munir from the opposing side, while 36-year-old Sulaiman from the other side has been killed.
The claim has been made on the Waqas and Waqar sons of Zafar Gul and Mehran, son of Farman Ali r/o Yakh Kohey. The police arrived at the spot and shifted the bodies of the victims to Saidu Sharif Hospital for post-mortem.
A heavy contingent of Mingora police arrived at the spot and arrested the accused from both sides and transferred them to different police stations. Mingora police have registered two separate FIRs into the incident and started further investigation.
