WANA: A Grand Jirga of Ahmadzai Wazir tribal elders comprising nine tribes was held at Wana Bazar, South Waziristan Lower district on Thursday.
The Grand Tribal Jirga was attended by Malik Allauddin, Malik Sardar Ali, Malik Booz Gul, Malik Ashiq and Malik Gul Azad among others.
On this occasion, the tribal elders addressed the Grand Jirga and said that the votes will cast this candidate in the elections to be held on February 8, who has raised his voice on public issues in the area, played a role in peace and other national conflicts and issues.
They said that now Ahmadzai Wazir has awakened consciousness among the tribes and can distinguish between good and evil.
The elders said that all the candidates are honorable for us and there are no personal differences with anyone.
Elder said, we will support the candidate who has some performance on the ground.
The elders appealed to all the tribes to support the candidate with the majority in the elections to be held on February 8 and cast your vote for them.
The tribal elders demanded from the Election Commission and the current government that no rigging will be tolerated in the elections to be held on February 8 in Constituency NA 42 and PK 110,
They said, the district administration should take steps to stop the way of rigging.
Tribal elders said that in the coming election, losing is winning but we will unanimously support this candidate in the election and who has supported the nation and other tribes in every difficult time.
