BARA: A non-governmental organization Community Resilience Activity (CRA) North, planned a three-day Social Action Project (SAP) implementation to the youth and elders of Upper Bara of the Speen Darand, Surankhel Killay, Gharey Killay, Sheikh Mali and Malikano Killay on the issue of social cohesion.
At the Upper Bara location in Speen Drand, the three-day SAP is a component of the water channel maturation process that has been approved in cooperation with CRA North and District Administration Khyber.
In addition to fostering community harmony, law and order, and unity among the local young and elders, CRA North is working toward the irrigation channel’s maturity to address the issues facing the farmers.

A representative of the organization named Dr. Asfandiar Marwat gave a clear and concise talk to the three-day SAP attendees about the significance of societal peace, conflict resolution, and mutual brotherhood. They also practiced group work and presentations.
The training was well received by the participants, who also mentioned that SAP terming was very helpful and that CRA North had paved a two-kilometer irrigation channel to prevent our agricultural areas from going barren and to settle disputes among the locals.
They claimed to have learned about social harmony, law and order, and other significant subjects, such as dispute resolution, which they would be able to use in their daily work to foster an atmosphere that would allow them to live a happy and wealthy life.
