Mardan: Water and Sanitation Services Company Mardan (WSSCM) launched the ‘Monsoon Tree Plantation’ campaign by planting saplings in the head office.
Chairman Board of Directors Engineer Adil Nawaz along with other Directors Haroon Rashid, Javed Hussain and Deputy Secretary Local Government Zahid Masood planted saplings.
On the occasion Chairman Engineer Adil Nawaz stated afforestation is very important for the survival of human life. Clean and Green Mardan is our mission and all resources will be used to achieve this mission. He said that the promotion of forests is very important for human life because plantation is the only way to control environmental pollution. He has appealed to the citizens to cooperate with the company in the plantation campaign to make Mardan a beautiful and clean city. Plantation is an ongoing charity and every member of the society should actively participate in the Monsoon plantation campaign.
