RAWALPINDI: According to a spokesman for the ANF Headquarters here on Friday, the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) recovered 57 kg of drugs and detained 10 suspects during six operations across the nation.
He reported that at Islamabad Airport, a 2.3 kg bag of ice had been found on a passenger traveling from Bahrain on Flight No. EK-613.
At Bacha Khan Airport, 1.40 kg of ice was found on a passenger on Flight No. QR-601, which was headed to Doha. At Islamabad Airport, 91 heroin-filled capsules were found hidden in the stomach of a traveler. The accused was leaving for Sharjah by airplane number PK-257.

45 kilograms of heroin was found in the possession of two Afghan nationals who had been detained during an operation, close to the G.T. Road Bupi region. A 5 kg crystal substance was found near Lakpass Toll Plaza Quetta and two accused were caught up.
Three individuals in the Hayatabad Peshawar area were found to have three kilograms of hashish during the sixth operation.While more inquiries are being conducted, cases under the Anti-Narcotics Act have been filed against the detained suspects.
