ISLAMABAD: The process of submitting appeals towards the recognition or rejection of nomination papers by returning officers for the imminent fashionable elections will start on Monday and hold till Wednesday.
according to the Election commission of Pakistan (ECP) spokesman, the scrutiny of nomination papers for applicants in the approaching general elections across the USA has been finished.
The Election fee has already appointed 24 appellate tribunals to handle appeals against the popularity or rejection of nomination papers by returning officials.
in line with the time table issued by using the Election fee (ECP), Appellate tribunals, headed by way of high court judges, are set to adjudicate appeals and deliver verdicts by way of January 10.
