RAWALPINDI: The Secretary Industries, trade, investment and skills development branch Ehsan Bhutta and the Commissioner Rawalpindi division Liaquat Ali Chatta visited Rawalpindi development Authority to check out the underneath production commercial enterprise Facilitation middle (BFC), RDA spokesman said.
