In a statement issued to the media, he said that the people of the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir were forced to remain silence by military force, black laws and killing of youth in fake encounters.
He said that all such tactics of Indian government are failing as the people of Jammu and Kashmir are determined for the implementation of UNSC resolutions.
He said that the Kashmiri people want freedom from the military occupation of India, for which they have been resisting endlessly for the past 76 years.

He said that according to the resolutions passed by the United Nations Security Council, immediate steps for a fair solution to the Kashmir issue are inevitable.
He further said that the Kashmiri people have completely rejected the aggression of the Indian military occupation on 27 October 1947, then the actions of the Indian Lok Sabha on 5 August 2019 as betrayal to the Kashmiri people and the biased decision of the Supreme Court of India on 11 December 2023.
Uzair said that the world conscience should declare the act of the Indian government and decision of its Supreme Court as null and void.
