ISLAMABAD: Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) and the Embassy of Kazakhstan organized screening of a movie titled “Kazakh Khanate –Golden throne” here at PNCA, auditorium on friday.
The film screening was attended by a sizable crowd, as well as the Ministers of Information and Broadcasting and National Heritage & Culture Atta Tarar and Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E. Yerzhan Kistafin, and Director General of the PNCA Muhammad Ayoub Jamali.
The much awaited historical drama “Kazakh Khanate – The Golden Throne,” which depicts the life of the first Kazakh Khans.
The BBC has dubbed the Kazakh Khanate the “Kazakh Game of Thrones.” The film takes place in the fifteenth century and highlights significant moments in the establishment of Kazakh sovereignty, spearheaded by Khans Zhanibek and Kerey.
