WANA: Independent candidate Taj Muhammad Wazir from South Waziristan Lower (SWL) constituency PK 110 and Awami National Party PK 110 candidate Ayaz Wazir appeared before the Election Tribunal on Monday.
Where the Election Tribunal and the District Returning Officer approved the nomination papers of both the candidates, and both were allowed to contest the election.
Both the leaders had submitted nomination papers from South Waziristan Lower PK-110, those who were rejected by the Returning Officer in case of incomplete nomination papers.
Both appeared in the RO’s office today for nomination papers
Where RO approved the nomination papers of Taj Muhammad Wazir and Ayaz Wazir after a question and answer.
Along with him, prominent lawyer of South Waziristan Lower Abd Ur Rehman Wazir also appeared in the RO’s office.
Both are contesting from the provincial seat PK 110 of this constituency South Waziristan Lower District.
Taj Muhammad Wazir and Ayaz Wazir have contested elections from here before.
According to the sources, after the approval of the nomination papers of Taj Muhammad Wazir and Ayaz Wazir, they are now eligible to contest the election.
On the other hand, ANP candidate Ayaz Wazir and independent candidate Taj Wazir from PK-110 told the media that today BBA will appear in the district court to confirm.
Both expressed hope that God willing, BBA will be confirmed whereas after that we will start our election campaign regularly in our constituency PK 110.
