Islamabad: NUST hosted the Spring 2024 Olympiad 24 (NOL), a national event featuring various activities including sports, science and technology, arts and media, literature, tech entertainment, adventure, sustainability and community service.
NUST clubs and societies organized over 20 competitions and games, with former international cricketer Saqlain Mushtaq and NUST Rector Engr Javed Mehmood Bukhari attending the opening ceremony.
More than 1,900 participants from across the country took part, promoting unity and friendship through sports, competitions, social evenings, plays, fireworks and cultural festivities.
The event provided students with networking, entertainment and engaging discussions. The closing ceremony with speeches and prize distribution marked NOL’24 as a historic success and created lasting memories for all involved.
