Commissioner Mardan Division Shaukat Ali Yousafzai has said that relations between Turkey and Pakistan have always been exemplary and the hearts of the governments and people of both countries beat together.
Turkey has always helped the people of Pakistan and Pakistanis are always ready to help Turkey. He was meeting with the country head of Turkey Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) in Pakistan, Mohsin Balji, in his office and later discussing with the officials of various government departments and the meeting of Turkish officials.
Deputy Commissioner Mardan Muhammad Fayaz Khan Sherpao, Additional Deputy Commissioners, Department of Health, Agriculture and Livestock, Social Welfare and Special Education, Public Health Engineering and officers of Water Supply and Sanitation Company and other relevant officials participated in the meeting.
In the meeting various possibilities and opportunities of cooperation between these government departments and the Turkish Organization for Cooperation and Mutual Relations were reviewed in the mentioned fields so that the necessary services can be provided to the people in a better way.

In the meeting, suggestions were presented to further improve the ongoing services organized by various departments.Mohsin Balji Country Head of Turkish Organization for Cooperation and Interconnection said that his organization sponsors various welfare projects in four provinces including Islamabad and Azad Kashmir and also in Mardan in the light of the proposals discussed in today’s meeting.
It will provide support in various fields.
Commissioner Mardan Shaukat Ali Yousufzai appreciated the generous support of the Turkish Organization for Cooperation and Relations and Turkish aid agencies in various fields and expressed the hope that the friendship between the two countries will become stronger with time.
