ISLAMABAD: In reaction to the office of the UN excessive Commissioner for Human Rights’ (OHCHR) declaration on the repatriation of illegal foreigners, Pakistan on Monday clarified that it is workout its “sovereign home legal guidelines” even as enforcing the plan.
“The unlawful Foreigners Repatriation Plan (IFRP) applies to all illegal foreigners living in Pakistan, irrespective of their nationality and usa of foundation. The selection is in workout of Pakistan’s sovereign home legal guidelines, and compliant with relevant global norms and ideas,” stated overseas office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch in a statement.
The spokesperson clarified that each one overseas nationals legally living or registered in Pakistan will no longer be suffering from the decision.
“The government of Pakistan takes its commitments in the direction of safety and safety wishes of these in prone situations with utmost seriousness. Our report of the remaining 40 years in web hosting hundreds of thousands of our Afghan brothers and sisters speaks for itself,” stated Baloch.
