ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Startup Fund will open on January 9th, according to a statement made on Friday by Dr. Umar Saif, the acting federal minister for information technology and telecommunication.
Dr. Saif highlighted that Pakistan is home to the second-largest online workforce in the world during an interview with private TV stations, expressing faith in the enormous potential of Pakistani youth.
According to Dr. Saif, international investment in Pakistani startups has reached about $800 million in the last four years.

According to Dr. Saif, Pakistan’s social media user base outnumbers Canada’s whole population.
In his discussion of IT education initiatives, Dr. Umar Saif brought up the continuous endeavors to administer exams for IT scholarships, demonstrating a dedication to nurturing skill and ingenuity in the technology industry.
