SARGODHA: On the advice of the Federal Board of Revenue, the regional tax office has implemented Sales Tax Section 40-B on two significant industries in the area: coal mines and stone crushers.
In addition to the sale of stone crushers and coal mines, the primary goal was to estimate the real production and its transmission, according to a handout distributed here on Friday.
On the orders of Chief Commissioner RTO Sargodha Dr. Fahim Muhammad, special teams were constituted for this aim. Of these teams, sixteen were stationed in stone crushing factories in the Sargodha district and twenty-two at coal mines in the Khushab area.
Deputy Commissioners of Internal Revenue Chaudhry Naeem and Ali Saleh Hayat Kalyar were in charge of these squads.
A representative for the Regional Tax Office stated that these teams will document these sectors’ commercial activity for a first month.
