SWABI: In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Swabi, a local leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Shah Khalid, was shot and killed on Thursday as political figures become targets ahead of the general elections on February 8. Khalid passed away instantly at Swabi Adda after unknown gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire on his automobile, according to the police. The suspects who fired at the car, according to the law enforcement officials, got away with it.

But in search of them, the police have begun a search. The reason for the murder is still a mystery to the authorities. The tragic event occurred just hours after two other individuals and an election candidate were shot and killed in North Waziristan by unidentified gunmen, according to local law enforcement.
