ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Sunday struck out the Election Tribunal case. A five-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa was scheduled to hear the case on Monday, August 19. PTI lawyer Salman Akram Raja filed an adjournment application saying that senior lawyer Hamid Khan is abroad till September 6. The application sought that the case be adjourned until Hamid Khan returns as he has also filed a leave application
