SWAT: The 12th meeting of the “hospital management committee” in Swat district was held in the conference room of the MS Office at Saidu Sharif under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Swat Dr. Qasim Ali Khan here on Tuesday.
The Chief Executive of Saidu Group of Teaching Hospital (SGTH) Professor Dr. Israrul Haq, Medical Superintendent ( MS) Dr. Sharafat Ali Khan, Deputy Medical Superintendent (DMS) Dr. Muhammad Khan, and other officials participated in the meeting.
In the meeting, the past performance of Saidu Group of Teaching Hospital (SGTH) was reviewed in detail and the action plan for the next month was prepared.
The Chief Executive and Medical Superintendent gave a detailed briefing regarding the overall performance of Saidu Group of Teaching Hospital, District Swat, the resources available in the hospital, machinery, and other issues.
Other important issues were also discussed in the meeting and suggestions were made.
Deputy Commissioner Swat Dr. Qasim Ali Khan while appreciating the services and performance of the Hospital Management Committee said to ensure the provision of better health facilities to the people with limited resources.
He said that the provision of quality medical facilities in the hospitals and the improvement of all the hospitals of Swat district are among the top priorities of the district administration because only a healthy society can lead the country on the path of development.
