SWAT: At least two drug dealers were arrested after seizing two-thousand one hundred fifty-five liters of local liquor and distilling equipment from a mini liquor factory during the “Nasha se inkar, zindagi se pyar” campaign at Fatehpur area of Swat district. District police officer (DPO) Swat Shafi Ullah Khan Gandapur along with SP Upper Swat Atta Ullah Shams, SDPO Circle Khawazakhela Shahanshah Khan and other police officers told a press conference that SHO police station Fatehpur , Roshan Ali along with the police team seized the mini factory of local liquor on the tip of the informer and arrested the accused Shah Roq son of Shahi Room Khan and Ehsan Ullah Khan son of Akbar Khan, residents of Fatehpur.

DPO Swat said 2,185( two thousand one hundred eighty-five) liters of liquor, nine drums, thirteen gallons, six gas cylinders, and three hundred twenty-five bottles were also recovered from the factory. “The accused Shah Roq Khan had repented some time ago in Fatehpur police station to refrain from this heinous business, but still he did not desist from this work, added that even if the drug dealers repent, we will continue to monitor them and whoever is found involved will be dealt with with iron hands.” he further said.
DPO Swat further said that during one year, Swat Police, while carrying out successful operations against the dealers of death, recovered one-thousand seventy-five kilograms of hashish, Sixty kilograms of heroin, Twenty-six kilograms of ice and ten thousand two hundred and eight liters of 0liquor, totaling two-thousand one hundred and thirty-six Drug dealers have been arrested.
