Lahore: Systems Limited, Temenos’ award-winning partner and network of global technology leaders, has signed an agreement to license and further develop the Temenos Country Model Bank for financial institutions in five countries in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This initiative is aimed at empowering financial institutions in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar and Brunei with enhanced functionality and service capabilities provided by Systems Limited to meet the unique needs of the local market.
In this agreement, Systems Limited intends to invest in and develop regulatory functions and business localization to develop Temenos Model Banks in this market by leveraging its deep expertise in the banking technology landscape and experience in deploying the Temenos platform for global banks.
Temenos Country Model Bank helps financial institutions reduce costs and risks by offering pre-configured banking models that can be deployed quickly. This model is designed to seamlessly integrate with Temenos banking solutions and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings on its composition platform.
Through this deal, Temenos aims to further expand and expand the scope of this benefit, while Systems Limited further develops and builds a new bank model for these five markets. The partnership also builds on the 23-year relationship that Systems Limited shares with Temenos, which has led to 127+ successful transformations worldwide with the support of 1000+ Certified Systems Limited consultants. The recognition of Systems Limited as a 2023 Temenos MEA Delivery Partner is based on its success in driving global change through the use of unique accelerators, including country model banks.
